Nestled in the heart of Mount Pleasant, Brant County, Devlin’s Country Bistro has been a cherished local dining destination for over 33 years. When Chef Ryan set out to reimagine this historic space, I had the privilege of helping bring that vision to life—honouring its legacy while creating an atmosphere that feels fresh, warm, and inviting.

Together, we enhanced the ambience with rich, natural wood tones and custom-crafted elements that celebrate craftsmanship and connection. From the bespoke bar and handcrafted tables to the shelving, artwork, and reception desk, every detail was designed to complement the bistro’s character while adding a sense of modern refinement. Even the charcuterie boards—serving their signature Wagyu steaks—carry the same artisanal touch, connecting the dining experience to the space itself.
